Job SummaryThe Inventory Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all inventory movements throughout the extraction and manufacturing are physically moving and recorded accurately and timely within Metrc and the company's ERP system. This role works hand in hand with Department Managers to build manufacturing work orders, receive items into the system and document all intercompany inventory movement (transactions) and support finance with all inventory reconciliations and BOM adjustments. The role serves as a problem-solver for process and system support. In addition, this role assists with all Physical Inventory Activities, Cycle Counts and Audits.

Pay Range: $26 - $30/hr

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drafts all inventory transfers and work orders items in their area of scope
  • Receives all cannabis-related products and packaging into SAP and supports inventory reconciliations for PO Creators and AP to complete the vendor payment process
  • Manages intercompany related transactions for production, including purchasing flower and/or trim by production and extraction, with all related locational transfers
  • Closes out all production work orders through order reconciliation
  • Supports operations in building BOMs and standard costs by SKU
  • Assists in all Physical Inventory activities
  • Operates to all SOPs and best practices within Gold Flora systems
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in an inventory management or accounting role
  • Strong communication and computer skills required
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in an organized manner
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, comfortability with various software and databases.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience in operating within ERP systems, especially SAP, a plus
Work Environment
  • This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and may work in proximity with customers and staff.
  • Minimum travel will be required.
Job Requirements
  • Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities, not hours; must be able to flex to the work as needed based on project goals and timelines.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for a majority of their work schedule.
  • Ability to use computer for 8 hours or more.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
  • Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check with the local law enforcement.
