Clutch is looking for a Human Resources Generalist on behalf of their client.

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources function at our client's advertising agency. You will assist with various HR tasks, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and claims processing.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, and help to resolve conflicts.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Special Projects: Assist with various HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of basic HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus:
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience with benefits administration.
