Financial Analyst 5 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst 5 for an opportunity in Redmond WA Position Title: Financial Analyst 5 Location: Redmond WA, Remote Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 6 Months Contract Job Type: Contract and Remote Pay Range: $60/hr - $70/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience Communication skills | 7+ years of experience Mercury and BPC |7+ years of experience Excel |7+ years of experience Job Responsibilities: * Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports. * Analyze financial information to produce forecast of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions. * Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability and future trends in investment risks. * Present oral and written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations and entire industries. Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking. * Ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses. * Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data. * Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting. * Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software. Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred. * 10+ years financial and/or accounting experience required.
