Avance Care is committed to delivering exceptional care with a strong emphasis on patient involvement in preventive care and treatment plans.

Requirements: Physician Assistant with minimum 2 years of experience

Location: Wake Forest, NC

  • Maximum of 40 hours per week (including breaks and administrative time)
  • Expected average patient load of 2 visits per hour
  • Collaborative environment with onsite lab, behavioral health therapists, and nutritionists
