Hayward Holdings Inc. As a Quality Engineer, you will support the Plant Quality Manager in ensuring product quality, collaborating across teams to drive continuous improvement and solve technical challenges. This role offers opportunities for growth, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Support quality planning and implement inspection methods for new and existing products.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions for product issues.
  • Analyze and document data to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, including 5S and Kaizen.
  • Act as a backup for the Quality Manager when needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 3+ years of quality experience.
  • Proficiency in SPC, data analysis, and blueprint reading (GD&T).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools like Minitab.

Preferred:

  • ASQ certification or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
  • Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or gas heating.
