Our efficient lead generation system ensures you meet with qualified buyers who need our services. Depending on your goals, you can start part-time and potentially transition to full-time.

Compensation:

  • Commission-Only Role
  • Part-Time Average (1-3 sales/week): $50K - $75K+ annually
  • Full-Time Average (3-6 sales/week): $100K - $150K+ annually

Role Responsibilities:

  • Contact and engage potential clients who have requested insurance coverage.
  • Utilize our partnerships with top A-rated insurance carriers to find optimal client matches.
  • Assist clients in selecting the best insurance plan for their needs and budget during 45-minute consultations.
  • Complete and process insurance applications with clients.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Support & Training:

  • Receive ongoing weekly coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure success.
  • Access to a supportive team environment with regular remote training sessions.
  • Unlimited access to our online university to help you learn at your own pace.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to establish rapport and effectively communicate with clients.
  • A solution-oriented approach, capable of navigating client needs and problems.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional work ethic, high integrity, and a drive to succeed.
  • Highly ambitious, self-driven, and receptive to coaching and feedback.
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth.

Licensing:

  • If not already licensed, we facilitate a fast-tracked online study course to obtain your Life/Health Insurance License within 7-10 days.
