VIP Service to Sales Specialist
As a Volvo Subaru Service to Sales Specialist, your primary role is to engage with customers visiting our dealership for service-related needs and effectively guide them through the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle. You will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of service department customers and providing personalized assistance to help them find the perfect vehicle to meet their requirements.

What you will do:

Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers visiting the service department, building rapport, and understanding their vehicle ownership experience and needs.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the vehicle requirements of service department customers, considering factors such as budget, lifestyle, and preferences.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the dealership's vehicle inventory, including new and used models, features, and specifications, to effectively showcase vehicles that align with customers' needs and preferences.

Vehicle Presentation: Present vehicles to service department customers in a compelling and informative manner, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

Test Drives: Arrange test drives for customers interested in exploring specific vehicles, providing guidance and assistance throughout the test drive experience to showcase the vehicle's performance and capabilities.

Financial Guidance: Assist customers in exploring financing options and understanding the purchasing process, providing guidance on financing terms, leasing options, and available incentives to help customers make informed financial decisions.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, leveraging effective sales techniques and strategies to facilitate successful vehicle sales transactions.

Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with service department customers throughout the sales process, providing updates on vehicle availability, pricing promotions, and additional incentives to encourage continued engagement and facilitate timely decision-making.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the vehicle purchasing process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
