Subaru Redelivery Specialist

Charlie's Subaru is actively hiring for a Love Encore Redelivery specialist. This is a new position which entails assisting customers who have already purchased a vehicle. This is not a sales position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Setting up a redelivery appointment with customers.

Being a product knowledge and tech guru.

Being a rockstar with sold and unsold follow up.

Bring solid, innovative ideas for customer satisfaction while driving NPS.

Pay will be an hourly wage with a strong monthly bonus based upon CSI and NPS.

Must have a clean and valid drivers license and back ground check.

Must be very good with technology: cell phones, safety equipment in vehicles etc.

Pay: $18.85 - $22.71 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
