This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- THIS POSITION REQUIRES WEEKLY TRAVEL
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Manage and lead a team of skilled workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and healthcare facility representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry-specific requirements for healthcare facility construction.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily reports, safety logs, and material inventories.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Travel to various project sites during the week, with the expectation of being home on weekends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, preferably in the healthcare or medical imaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and materials, with a focus on healthcare facility remodeling.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel weekly and adapt to different work environments.
