Electrical Foreman

**Electrical Foreman Job Summary**

Aerotek is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical work on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Work with Project Managers, Customers, and other management to plan, organize, and direct the work of job crew employees daily
• Maintain familiarity with plans, specifications, and job folder contract scope
• Plan layout and installation of electrical systems in accordance with job specifications
• Attend coordination meetings as required and provide necessary information
• Receive and review weekly job assignments
• Complete a detailed list of all required materials, tools, and manpower for job assignments and communicate requirements with the direct Project Manager
• Assist in the monitoring and documentation of the progress of the job using appropriate forms and procedures as directed by the Project Manager
• Assist in the communication of company policies and procedures to the job crew
• Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Codes as needed
• Order daily materials as needed for your work area and follow up on backorders as necessary through the Project Manager
• Monitor and track employee work time as necessary and assist Project Manager and workforce in the proper coding of time cards as required
• Be available to the team for any questions regarding tasks being performed
• Ensure the job site is properly cleaned up at the end of each workday
• Ensure compliance with all job safety standards established by all regulatory agencies
• Responsibly manage assigned truck, tools, and equipment

• Knowledge of the National Electrical Codes
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
