Senior Software Developer

Location

The candidate will work in a remote capacity, with travel to the San Francisco Bay Area. The company may change work location as it deems necessary.

Job Description:

  • Work with team to implement product features and roll out new functionality across web applications and internal tools;
  • Develop highly interactive and easy-to-use web interfaces with HTML/CSS and Angular.
  • Translate designs into standards compliant, pixel perfect web pages that gracefully degrade across browsers and mobile devices.
  • 40% Front end and 60% back end development
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Professional knowledge of SQL server, the candidate should be able to:
    • Design schema
    • Write complex stored procedures & functions.
  • Multiple years (at least 5) of developing .Net Core API applications
    • Has developed multiple Web API applications using SQL Server
  • Excellent knowledge & Web Services & REST APIs
    • Has integrated multiple systems using web services & REST APIs
  • 3 years of extensive and recent Angular 2 Application development
    • Has created applications using Angular 14 or newer versions.
    • Proficient in HTML & CSS
    • Proficient in TypeScript
    • Has created reusable components & services
    • Has built application runtime for multiple environments
  • 5 years of experience in .Net frameworks and C# programming language
  • 5 years front-end web development experience with JavaScript, HTML5, Bootstrap and CSS3, SCSS;
  • Experience developing excellent consumer-grade user interfaces.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of browser capabilities, especially regarding visual media.
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
  • UX development experience
  • Understanding of layout aesthetics
  • Familiarity with different cloud environments like AWS, MS Azure etc.
  • Experience with code repository systems such as Azure DevOps, GitHub etc.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience developing financial and/or tax system solutions
  • Familiarity with multiple databases such as MS SQL server, Oracle etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles
