The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and assisting with packaging equipment setup and startup while keeping safety and quality at the forefront of everything they do. Assist with ensuring the packaging line is performing at an acceptable production rate, GMP documentation, in-process testing, breakdown investigations, and repairs related to packaging production. Perform packaging line operations, including operating/monitoring equipment, in-process testing, filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, palletizing, equipment setup/cleanup, hopper filling, hand cartoning or packing, and other duties as required Observe packaging equipment in operation and follow troubleshooting practices, based on training, to continuously improve and optimize performance Operate, recognize, and remedy quality problems, and perform changeovers and cleanups as required to maintain patient safety and uphold cGMP standards What’s Needed?
