Spring Education Group's Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Summary:

As a Preschool Lead Teacher at Discovery Isle Preschool, you will create, manage, and participate in a variety of learning environments and activities that provide opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives. Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school, and the collective/individual interest of its staff and student body.

Employment Status: Full-Time

Duration: Year-Round (12 months), Monday - Friday

Location: Location: 6130 Paseo del Norte, Carlsbad, CA 92011

Pay Rate: $20- $24/ hr (DOE)

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Have a strong desire to work collaboratively with a talented team of diverse educators and administrators. Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with the families, students, and school community.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 12 Early Childhood Education
  • Often carrying and lifting 25 pounds or less (25-50%) and occasionally carrying 25-50 pounds (10-25%).
