As a key member of the Arils Department. The Arils Filler Operator is responsible to efficiently operate the equipment, and be able to oversee the operations. Operator should know how to trouble shoot and operate assigned machinery to complete the daily orders. Able to work safely in assigned work area. .

Hourly Rate: $18.50-$22.00

Job Description

Here's what you'll do:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Follow all GMP, Food Safety & Company policies.
  • Must be able to follow written and or verbal instructions.
  • Maintain a safe environment and support a safety culture.
  • Maintain a Food Safety environment and support a quality culture, comply with company policies.
  • Create and maintain a professional working environment.
  • Maintain area in a clean & organized manner.
  • Monitor production, consumption and scrap.
  • Turn in star up check sheets before and after end of shift.
  • Operate any equipment as assigned.

  • Ability to operate HMI screen.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Must be self-motivated and able to achieve high impact in an unstructured environment.
  • Ability to work with maintenance when required and needed.
  • Able to operate all the equipment in Arils department
