Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to join our clients team. In this role, you will work closely with their sales, product development, and technical teams to provide expert consultation and support during the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client needs, demonstrate solutions, and ensure successful product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and identify solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of products.
- Develop and deliver customized proof-of-concepts (POCs) to address specific client requirements and demonstrate product effectiveness.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during the sales process, including responding to RFPs/RFIs, creating technical documentation, and addressing customer queries.
- Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on customer requirements and assist in product roadmap planning.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position solutions.
- Support post-sales activities to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or consulting role within the enterprise software industry.
- Strong understanding of document management systems (DMS), and integration technologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable solutions for a non-technical audience.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling technical demonstrations and POCs.
- Experience with API-based solutions and knowledge of platforms such as SharePoint, Salesforce, iManage, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
