Responsibilities:

The Performance Analyst - Private Credit will:

  • Design and develop reporting for Private Credit Funds
  • Create and maintain marketing materials (i.e., track record, performance updates, etc.)
  • Prepare and review of quarterly investor reporting deliverables
  • Performing ad hoc investor inquiries, as needed
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience at a Private Credit Fund, Hedge Fund or other Financial Institution
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity calculating performance and exposure metrics
  • Understanding of key portfolio company financial metrics (EBITDA, Leverage, LTV, ICR)
  • Excellent Excel skills, technically savvy and experienced in analyzing large data files
  • Solid analytical and research skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
Desired Skills:
  • CFA or desire to pursue CFA
  • Experience with programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, VBA)
