  • 5 ans d'expérience de travail comparable dans la fabrication d'aéronefs;

  • Compétences en gestion de changement et de projet;

  • Connaissance du système de gestion de la qualité;

  • Expérience des techniques de résolution de problèmes;

  • Fonctionnellement bilingue, écrit et parlé (anglais et français);

  • Connaissance de l’informatique et très bonne connaissance d’Excel et de PowerPoint;

  • Expérience avec SAP;

  • Audit des systèmes, processus ou produits;

  • Expérience avec les interventions des fournisseurs internes et externes;

  • Expérience de travail en tant que chef d'équipe avec d'excellentes compétences en négociation.
