POSITION: Special Education Teacher

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Teachers of special education children are directly responsible to the principal of the school in which they are assigned for routine staff duties. They are directly responsible to the Coordinator of Special Education for the planning and implementing of organizational and program objectives for their students.

QUALIFICATIONS: Hold a valid professional Multi-Categorical/Autsim certificate issued by the State Department of Education in Charleston.
