Description

Join our dynamic team at UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO, where you can make a real difference as a Charge Nurse in our Labor and Delivery department. This is a full-time position, working nights, with a pay range of $38.91 - $60.31 per hour, based on your relevant experience. Enjoy additional incentives like night shift differential and eligibility for our night shift incentive pay program after completing orientation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program or state board approved Registered/Professional Nursing program (if less than 3 years experience).
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is required.
  • Completion of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
  • Must hold a BLS or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, valid for at least sixty days from the hire date.

Specialized Care:

  • Your direct care responsibilities involve working in Mother/Baby units, Labor and Delivery - Birth Center, Women's Care, and NICU.
  • We follow AWHONN's and AACN's practice standards and certifications to guide our evidence-based care models.
