Job Title: Graphic Designer

At Fanatics, we're building a leading global digital sports platform that ignites the passions of global sports fans and maximizes the presence and reach for our hundreds of sports partners globally. We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Content and Social Team, responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that captivate our audience and drive engagement across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-quality graphics, banners, images, and visual assets for use across various digital platforms, including social media, website, email, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Develop dynamic motion graphics, animations, and video content to bring static designs to life and create engaging visual experiences for our audience.
  • Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and marketers to translate creative concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs that align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including graphics, illustrations, icons, and templates, ensuring accessibility and version control for use by internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various screen sizes and devices, including desktop, mobile, and tablet, to provide a seamless user experience across platforms.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure design accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, resolving any issues or discrepancies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, web design, and multimedia production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for sports and gaming is desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $69,000 per year - $95,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award. In addition to the base, bonus, and equity, full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, paid time off, and other benefits like GymPass, Pet Insurance, Family Care Benefits, Free Shipt deliveries, and more.
