Global Citrus Marketing Director/Sr Manager

As a key member of the Global Citrus team, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies to position Citrus flavors effectively in the market, create a unique selling proposition for Citrus flavor portfolio/launch, and create marketing content to position our existing solutions and innovation. You will safeguard and enhance the dsm-firmenich, TTH, and Citrus brand through consistent and impactful brand marketing. Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to position Citrus flavors effectively in the market

  • Be a brand ambassador for all the tonalities of the Naturals & Portfolio platform to position our solutions through consistent and impactful marketing.

  • Collaborate with Citrus Flavorist, affiliates, and internal teams to promote existing and create new solutions based on market insights, and supporting Citrus Innovation program.

  • Ideate, create and develop marketing content to position our existing solutions and innovations, leveraging Global marketing digital tools and developing new ones as needed, while safeguarding and enhancing the dsm-firmenich, TTH, and Citrus brand.

  • Work closely with global and regional sales force and segment BU to ensure that marketing efforts support sales objectives & deployment of Citrus innovation.

  • Develop and manage the budget for flavor marketing activities, including conferences and internal trainings.

  • Conduct market research & competitive intelligence to understand ecosystem and consumer preferences, trends, and demands related to Citrus flavors.

You bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related field.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

  • Experience in market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.

  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsof t office and digitally savvy
