Hours Status: FULL-TIME, HOURLY
Brief Job Description: Responsible for providing case management services to individuals with substance use and mental health disorders. The caseload will consist of adult men and women. Duties include, but are not limited to: coordinating with LifeSkills’ staff, criminal justice system and external providers to access services and resources to assist clients to prepare for reentry into the community. Additionally, providing training to community partners will be required periodically.

Position requires a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a behavioral science (OR) be a certified alcohol and drug counselor who has a bachelor of Arts or Science degree; (AND) have at least one (1) year of full-time employment working directly with individuals in a human service setting after completing the requirements. A Master’s degree in one (1) of the behavioral science disciplines may be substituted for the one (1) year experience.
