Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Associate:

  • Spanish bilingual required

  • At least 1 year of dental front office and Dentrix experience

  • Answering phone calls with the highest customer service expectations

  • Insurance verification and coordination

  • Highly engage with patients with the utmost patience

  • Reliable and empathetic towards patients and staff

  • We are looking for someone with great phone and personable skills

  • Patient account management

  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments

  • A/R Management

  • Making written financial arrangements

  • Collecting fees at time of service
