Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with experience in designing,developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in software quality assurance, a deep understanding ofautomation tools, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute automated tests and analyze the results to identify issues and ensure the quality of the software.
  • Continuously improve and enhance the existing automation framework to ensure high efficiency and reliability.
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback to improve test automation practices across the team.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution, ensuring high-quality releases.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, helping them to grow in their roles and contribute effectively to the team.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the automation practices remain cutting-edge.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to the overall Agile process.
  • Work closely with DevOps to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python
  • Strong understanding of testing framework PyTest and Experience in API Testing
  • Understanding of Financial Service Application (trading)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
