Info-Matrix Corporation is currently seeking a skilled PMO Project Manager to join our team (Must live within 2 hours of Harrisburg, PA).

POSITION SUMMARY:
The PMO Project Manager will manage a multi-phase project to upgrade an SAP ERP environment to an on-premises in the cloud S/4 HANA update and a data migration effort as their sole project. The PM, in parallel to managing the current efforts, will be expected to manage and coordinate with additional development and work efforts surrounding resource strategy, data archive and cleansing, cloud provider and landscape, overall interrelated project schedule(s), and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) vendor assisting with RFP review, scope, and SME guidance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The selected Candidate will perform the following duties:
  • Manages and coordinates the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity.
  • Develops and maintains project artifacts as required using organization or other established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies.
  • Build and manage the detailed integrated project plan and schedule that captures all task level detail with deliverables, milestones, cross-functional dependencies, etc. while mapping the critical path.
  • Plan and schedule resources efficiently by ensuring that the right resources are allocated and available to the right project activities at the right time.
  • Forecast and enable resource capacity planning in a dynamically changing business environment. It is critical to forecast and get real-time foresight into project resourcing so that the project can take corrective actions ahead of time.
  • Establish project governance framework with a structured approach to govern the project activities. This framework must have well-defined roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, and decision-making processes.
  • Coordinates with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope.
  • Performs project management duties through the entire project lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling, and closing.
  • Conducts lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
  • Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
  • Selected Candidate will coordinate all project activities with System Integrator Project Managers including interrelated projects within the landscape.
  • Manage all project artifacts including signoffs.
  • Adheres to the PMO Playbook and referenced artifacts.
DESIRED SKILLS:
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years of expertise in project/project management of projects of various size and subject matter, including but not limited to integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management.
  • The candidate must have experience managing high profile subject matter vendors within the on-prem and cloud landscape.
  • Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP/ERP upgrade project as Project Manager
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience with multi-year projects.
  • Strong skills with leadership, conflict management, negotiation
  • Must have expert level knowledge and extensive experience in creating and maintaining integrated plans in MS Project and or MS Project online.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation skills

  • ServiceNow experience in Idea, Project, and Demand modules
  • ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
  • ERP Implementation and Transformation experience is a plus
