We are seeking dedicated Psychiatric - Mental Health Physicians who can offer their expertise on an as-needed basis. Here is an overview of the position:
- Flexible scheduling to suit providers with sporadic availability.
- Two coverage options: travel to our VES leased facility for exams or conduct examinations within your own practice.
- Compensation is based on a per exam billing model.
- Primary focus on initial and follow-up PTSD evaluations, alongside other mental health assessments.
- DMA certification is available for those not already certified, which can earn CME credits once privileged.
- Must have a personal laptop (NO MACs accepted).
- All evaluations to be conducted through the VES provider portal.
- Record reviews are typically required for assessments.
Compensation Rates:
- Initial PTSD Exam: $180 per exam (includes time to complete exams and submit reports, with no additional overtime or administrative time).
- PTSD Follow-up and Other Mental Health Exams: $150 per exam (same includes as above).
