A Concrete Plant Operation Supervisor is needed to join our team in Sumner, WA. We are looking for a leader to oversee safety, crew management, operational improvement, and production execution. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in the cement/concrete industry, and strong communication and leadership skills. Essential Experience and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate is required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills.
  • Must possess the ability to adjust quickly & calmly to changing circumstances and situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to impact safe working practices.
  • Ability to communicate clear and concise instructions in a professional manner.
  • Prior supervisory or demonstratable leadership experience in cement/concrete industry.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
