Military Sales and Service Company is seeking part time Shop Team Members to work inside the first free standing Bath & Body Works store located on Ft. Liberty Army Base at the North Exchange. Team members will be responsible for supporting the business on high volume days and weekends with the ability to flex into multiple roles including selling and replenishing the store. Must be able to drive store sales through personally engaging with customers, answering questions, perform demonstrations, and product recommendations.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly customer experience.

• Recover merchandise on sales floor.

• Replenish merchandise to brand standard.

• Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back stock room.

• Assist with other projects as needed including floor set and shipment process.

Telling The Brand Story:

• Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant.

• Assist with floor-sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc. as directed.

Operational Excellence:

• Abide by policies and procedures as directed.

• Abide by Loss Prevention and safety messages in daily operations.

Qualifications:

• 10-25 hours per week.

• Excellent communication skills,

• Available for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing and peak shifts.

• Must have access to the base, own your own computer, strong written and verbal communication skills, reliable transportation, and retail experience.

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged standing.

• Bending and lifting 35 pounds.

• Continual walking.
