Requirements

Job Summary
The Business Analyst III will analyze business processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing technical solutions, and user training. The IT Business Analyst III collaborates closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement systems, and workflow processes that drive efficiencies and business growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to enhance operational efficiencies
  • Gather and document requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Perform data analysis and table updates using tools, such as SQL Management Studio
  • Provide ongoing support to end users by troubleshooting issues and answering questions
  • Document and complete test plans and test scripts
  • Worked closely with Project Manager on implementation schedules and tasks
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing sessions
  • Complete user documentation and training
  • Define impacts to business processes and align with other strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, including 4+ years of experience in an IT-related field

  • Hybrid - Moore Facility
  • Occasional travel expected
