We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist to lead our digital marketing strategies and communication efforts. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Product Strategy, this role will focus on enhancing our brand presence, driving engagement across various platforms, and ensuring consistent and effective communication with our target audiences. This is a full-time position, working Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm, under a hybrid arrangement that requires at least 3-4 days/week in our Longmont office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Suggest, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing and advertising strategies that align with InJoy's goals and mission to reach both potential and existing customers.
  • Lead marketing content creation efforts across all digital platforms, including writing, sourcing images, and more, ensuring brand voice consistency.
  • Oversee the creation, management, and automation of email campaigns, including segmenting audiences and personalizing email communications to enhance engagement and conversion rates and organizing targeted lists.
  • Expand and manage social media strategies to build brand awareness and community engagement, including monitoring channels and engaging with followers.
  • Manage the marketing content calendar and budget, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage website updates, ensuring content is current, accessible, and optimized for user experience, including implementing SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop blog posts, webinars, videos, social media content, and other digital assets.
  • Develop and refine lead-generation strategies to build and nurture a robust sales pipeline, including pulling and managing lists as needed.
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing and communication efforts, including utilizing A/B testing for optimization.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage direct mail and any necessary PR campaigns
  • Coordinate and manage conference schedules and logistics and other event marketing
  • Create and/or edit written content included in InJoy products, as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Related digital marketing certifications a plus (DMI/AMA, Google Skillshop, Hubspot, etc.).
  • 5-7+ years of experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and technology tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, Google Analytics, Word Press, Constant Contact, Hoot Suite, HubSpot or similar, Headliner or similar, social media platforms, project management tools, AI tools, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including incorporating feedback and making revisions over multiple rounds.
  • Experience with print and related marketing channels is a plus.
  • Experience in the maternal-child health education sector or a related field is a plus.
  • Avid interest in B2B marketing and staying current with digital trends, such as AI-driven personalization.
