Job Description:

Bachelor-level candidate needed to fill a full-time, third-shift, clinical position on a dynamic community crisis team. FSS Case Manager will assist individuals staying in our short-term crisis apartments with applying skills learned in therapy, connecting them to community resources, and supporting them during their crisis. In addition, they may be deployed to the community with a clinician to assist with clients in crisis. Must be able to work closely within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with taking steps toward wellness and recovery
  • Assist clients with applying skills learned in therapy
  • Connection to resources and support in the community
  • Support clients in the Crisis Stabilization Apartments and the community setting
  • Maintain appropriate and accurate documentation
  • Ensure effective and thorough communication with the Rapid Response Teams
Experience/Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, an automobile with liability insurance, and clean background and driving record checks.
• Experience working in the human services field a plus

• Ability to work as an effective team player

• Knowledge of mental health/ therapeutic interventions

Education: Must possess a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, rehab counseling, education/counseling, or related field from an accredited college or university.
