1. Summary of Position: (Brief description of overall responsibilities and function)

Provide expert HUMS engineering support for technical issues reported by Worldwide fleet of Customers in a high paced and high pressure environment, granting delivery on time and quality to the customers with particular attention to the ones that have guaranteed performance contracts in place.

The role involves collaboration with the maintenance, design and development areas for optimization of HUMS solutions, leveraging expertise in engineering, data analysis, and predictive maintenance methodologies to drive impactful outcomes for our clients. Work with the HUMS Support international team to analyze HUMS data propose solutions or troubleshooting to increase the reliability and maintainability of the in-service fleet of AW aircraft. Work directly with customers to manage communication and expectations on technical topics.

In this role it is required to work during standard business hours for 5 days a week including weekends and holidays on a rotation basis.

Support clients performing HUMS and Diagnostic Analysis to meet their requirements and deliver on contractual KPI, with minimal supervision.

Collaborate with team piers to contribute for strategy development for HUMS implementation, integration with other system and optimizing data analysis techniques to enhance predictive maintenance capabilities.

Support the development of HUMS strategies and process improvements.

Collaborate with Inter Department (SE) in Special Event Analysis and Project Improvements.

4.

Stay acquainted of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HUMS and predictive maintenance, and incorporate relevant advancements into our solutions

Performance monitoring of HUMS system, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and preparing regular reports for management on the status of HUMS implementation, maintenance activities, and performance metrics.

  1. Qualifications for Position:

A. Education

Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Aeronautics/Mechanics/ Electronics/Communication/Data analytics).
Advanced degree, specialized relevant courses or equivalent experience would be preferred.

B. Experience

2 -5 years of experience in Health and Usage Monitoring Systems, vibrational analysis or similar predictive maintenance solutions.

2 yrs experience in customer support in an aeronautical environment are recommended

C. Competencies & Attributes

  • Basic Knowledge of sensor technologies, signal processing techniques, and predictive analytics methodologies.
  • Experience with software tools, particularly in embedded systems and real-time data processing environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
