HYDRAULIC TECHNICIAN JOB OPENING Calling all Job Seekers in MILTON, ONTARIO & surrounding areas My client is looking for ONE HYDRAULIC TECHNICIAN to join their team Job Title: HYDRAULIC TECHNICIAN Job Duties: Candidates will be performing maintenance for the hydraulic and service for the truck body division. They would be Pressing the steel and aluminum that is used to build the frame and body of the trucks. Hydraulics Technician/Installer responsibilities include: • Installation of hydraulic systems including: • PTO's • Pumps • Compressors (Under the Hood and Above Deck) • Cranes • Outriggers • Tool Circuits • Hi-Rail systems • Test and inspect assembled product(s) to discover flaws • Inspect units requiring service to determine cause and solution. • Provide detailed schematics of custom run systems • Bills of Material provided for custom systems • Support engineering in the creation of on the floor schematics • Testing Hydraulic Systems to ensure proper function, pressure regulation, and absence of exterior leakage. • Recognizing and addressing any incorrect function of the Hydraulic components and system. • Maintaining tools and equipment through preventative maintenance activities. • Completing appropriate assembly/test reports. • Recommending and implementing value added changes to processes. • Cross-training on other functions within the team. • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. • Performing other essential and related peripheral duties as assigned by supervisor. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of hydraulic technician experience strong knowledge of hydraulic components, including mounting and operation. Ability to determine proper size Fittings, Adaptors, Hose and Hose ends. Able to lift and move 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Location: Milton, Ontario  Shift: Day: Day Shift Monday to Thursday - 6:00 am to 3:30pm Friday's shift finishes at 2:30pm Pay: Based on experience - Range is from $28 to $34 hourly Why work here?
