Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Interim Physical Therapist to join our innovative team in the Scientific industry. This unique position will provide you with the opportunity to work at the intersection of science and healthcare, utilizing your expertise to improve patient outcomes and contribute to cutting-edge scientific research. As an integral member of our team, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values collaboration and innovation. Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, researchers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Utilize scientific research and innovative approaches to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments of patient functional abilities and limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans to address identified needs.
  • Participate in research studies by providing physical therapy expertise and patient care, and contribute to the analysis and interpretation of study results.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals on physical therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, and maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field of physical therapy and scientific research.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Strong understanding of the principles and practices of physical therapy, and the ability to apply this knowledge to patient care and research activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex scientific data and research findings.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other healthcare technology.
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
