Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives

- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions

- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to the executive team

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws

- Manage relationships with regulators, investors, and other financial institutions

- Lead team of finance professionals

- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall company objectives

- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements

- Communicate financial information and updates to the executive team and board of directors

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance in a banking institution, 

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws

- Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
