Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Live Streaming Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing live streaming sales activities on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (specify any additional platforms relevant to your business).

This role involves creating and implementing effective strategies to maximize sales opportunities, engage with the audience, and drive revenue through live streaming channels. Stay informed about the latest product features, updates, and promotions to effectively showcase and sell products during live streams through influencers and our internal TV celebrity team.

Responsibilities:

Platform Management:
  • Oversee live streaming activities on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and features to optimize sales strategies.
Audience Engagement:
  • Develop and execute engaging live streaming content to build and retain a loyal audience.
  • Foster interactions, answer questions, and create a positive and interactive viewer experience.
Sales Strategy:
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies for live streaming platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align live streaming content with promotional activities.
Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of live streaming sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to enhance live streaming collaborations.
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders to expand the brand's live streaming reach.
Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about the latest product features, updates, and promotions to effectively showcase and sell products during live streams through influencers and our internal TV celebrity team .
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in live streaming sales or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for live streaming and social media trends.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in live streaming sales or a similar role is preferred.
