We are currently seeking a CRM Segmentation Analyst to join the Global Rental Digital Marketing team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for interpreting data, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. This role with play a crucial role in shaping our strategic targeting initiatives and gaining valuable insights into our expanding our rental member base across diverse channels. Working closely with the marketing team, you will contribute to the delivery of audience segments, targeted recommendations, process automation, and comprehensive analytical support, insightful analysis and reporting.

How You'll Shine:

  • Provide insights into customer behavior and preferences to guide the creation of targeted and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Deploying targeted audience files to downstream channels.
  • Managing the ongoing validation of data integrity for both scheduled and Ad Hoc campaigns.
  • Analyzing marketing and member performance through thorough analysis and report creation.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics or a related role.
  • Solid proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in hypothesizing, operationalizing, and reporting on cross-channel targeted marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good ability to create and deploy meaningful datasets.
  • Effective multitasking and deadline management skills.
  • Experience in a collaborative work setting.
  • Proficiency in coding with SQL, SAS, Python, or R.
  • Experience with campaign orchestration technologies (CDP preferred).
  • Familiarity with marketing channels, including ESP, Digital Ads, Push, SMS, and Dialers.
  • Expertise in mining and analyzing data to derive actionable insights and process improvements.
  • Experience in creating insightful dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, or related visualization tools.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience delivering targeted audiences within a multi-channel organization.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with campaign orchestration technologies (CDP preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with coding platforms such as SQL, Python, or others.
