We are seeking a motivated and organized System Administrator to join our dynamic IT Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technological support to our internal IT Team, attorneys, legal assistants, and paralegals as they handle a wide variety of personal injury cases.

The job consists of assisting with both the following tasks and any other IT issues that arise:

• Must be willing to travel.
• Responsible for day to day management of Azure AD.
• Responsible for escalation support for Service Desk Team as it relates to application systems.
• Responsible for actively monitoring the network firewalls and ISP connections with KPI uptime of 95%.
• Responsible for assisting with projects.
• Responsible for assisting with system integration support ensuring that software and applications are properly functioning.
• Responsible for ensuring that Cost Recovery software and hardware.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining end user device images.
• Responsible for maintaining GPOs.
• Responsible for all patching for end user devices and networking hardware.
• Responsible for working with 3rd party vendors on escalations identified by ITSD Team.
• Provide escalation support and mentorship to the ITSD Team as needed with ITSD Tickets.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation for ITSD Team to prevent escalations.

Qualifications and Special Skills:

• Must have experience with Azure or Intune.
• Must have experience with Cisco Meraki environments.
• Must have experience with Ring Central Contact Center.
• Must have experience with configuring and deploying Firewalls & Switches.
