Summary of Duties

The Administrative Assistant is a supporting role to the Administrative Assistant II and Security Service Managers at Jackson Security Services/Buford Locksmith. Responsibilities include answering the phones, managing scheduling and front counter to include cash drawer, processing purchase orders and invoices, and ensuring timely reconciliation of invoices with statements. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Security Services Managers on purchase orders and costs, addressing discrepancies in pricing with vendors, and maintaining accurate indexing of all invoices and statements. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant II delivers high-quality customer service by greeting employees and customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Development Diploma.
• Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Accounts Payable Experience is preferred.
• Bookkeeping experience is 3 years of more
• Collections experience
• Administrative experience is preferred.
