Reporting to the VP of Product, you will lead a talented team of designers and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Data Science teams to create designs that engage users and align with our brand.

What You'll Do:

  1. Strategic Design Leadership: Guide the design vision with a focus on mobile-first and gamified experiences.
  2. Innovative Solution Implementation: Create and execute cutting-edge design solutions aligned with market needs.
  3. User-Centric Design Philosophy: Design intuitive and engaging products based on user behavior.

What It Takes:

  1. Experience: Over 8 years in product design with expertise in mobile platforms and gamified systems.
  2. Expertise in Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma and related design software.
  3. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire design teams.

Nice To Have:

  1. User Experience: Experience with gaming platforms/mobile game development
  2. Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS and/or React JS.
  3. Design System Development: Experience in creating and managing design systems.
