Senior Customer Program Manager

Who we are:

We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Customer Program Manager to join our team. This position works as a key member of the Operations team and focuses on a select group of customers, interacting with customers, other Program Managers, Sales team, and the Operations team. Responsibilities include maintaining a high level of focus on customer satisfaction and facilitating cross functional teams to effectively solve customer issues and concerns.

What you will do:

  • Manage key accounts and lead all interactions and meetings
  • Coordinate customer team
  • Maintain action list for all projects with assigned customers
  • Understand and maintain all customer-specific delivery, quality, and cost metrics
  • Act as a liaison between assigned key customers and the company
  • Lead the customer service effort by ensuring order timing aligns with customer needs
  • Participate in regular S&OP meetings
  • Oversee bookings, backlog, customer scorecards, and demand pipeline
  • Manage profitability of assigned customer parts and work with the team to achieve sales plan

What you can bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 8+ years of customer facing account management experience and 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Intermediate or advanced skills in spreadsheet creation, data analysis, and presentation design
  • Ability to work onsite with flexible hours

This position requires use of information or access to hardware subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.

This is a management position. This is a full-time position.
