Pay: $20-$23 per hour (Based on experience)
1st Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday (Weekends off)
Essential Functions:
- Manage daily office operations including filing, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies, serving as the primary point of contact for office inquiries and correspondence.
- Coordinate office meetings and events, including scheduling and logistical support.
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliation.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping for employee expenses.
- Create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
- Manage relationships with customers ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
