Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office revenue goals by overseeing scheduling, staff productivity, and expenses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Supervise and communicate effectively to ensure seamless operations and adherence to our values.
  • Ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks, including financial review, compliance standards, and end-of-day reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of relevant dental experience.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in servant leadership, team development, and schedule management.
  • Strong P&L management experience and a track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
