Job Title Senior Quality Assurance Engineer What does a successful Senior Quality Assurance Engineer do at Fiserv? You will leverage your core payments domain expertise to perform test planning and execution of Point-of-Sale terminals across various products. You will drive continuous improvement through processes, including but not limited to, team standards, test planning, resourcing and test execution, as well as debugging, metric collection, and reporting. What you will do: Test Point-of-Sale terminals across various products Perform L3 EMV Certification utilizing UL Collis test tool Maintain Mastercard simulators, perform software updates and share logs Create test plans, test scripts, and perform credit /debit test executions and validate output data per specification requirements Capture host and simulator logs for Card brand submissions and report defects via Jira and upload corresponding documents Provide feedback of test results and assist with production defects and provide updates to stakeholders and attend daily/weekly meetings Configure test accounts required for testing Be cognizant of the key processes in the business and the business rules that affect the development and/or implementation of information systems What you will need to have: 7+ years of technical QA experience in Merchant Payment Processing, Financial Institution Payment Processing or Financial services with high-volume, large-scale processing and reporting 7+ of experience Point-of-Sale terminal testing of various products 7+ of experience Performing L3 EMV Certification utilizing UL Collis test tool 3+ years of experience with Jira, database concepts and MS Office 3+ years of experience translating different forms of user and system requirements into test scripts 3+ years of experience in distributed testing/automation/performance activities Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree) or equivalent work experience and/or Certifications Important info about this role: We’re better together.
