[Carlton Fields is seeking a Part-time Office Services Clerk for its Los Angeles office. [Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:]{arial",sans-serif"=""}]{arial",sans-serif"=""} Reception coverage - answering very light phones, greeting visitors, maintaining delivery log, validating parking, adding guests to security, reserving conference rooms Document Production Center - copy, scan and print Collecting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries Preparing outgoing mail and overnight packages for shipping Stocking office supplies and taking inventory Setting up and cleaning of conference rooms for meetings Records - updating and creating files, locating files Library - updating library materials Supporting tech department re office equipment Preparing check requests for invoices Other office service-related responsibilities upon request Flexibility to work overtime Ability to work well with others as a team player, multi-task and prioritize work requests [Minimum Requirements]{arial",sans-serif"=""} Part-time hours of 1:00pm - 5:00pm (some flexibility) High School Diploma or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years office experience Experience in a law firm or other professional organization Knowledge of copiers, printers, faxes and other office equipment Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted [Candidates must apply using the following URL.
