Your Role: As a Sales Account Executive, you will participate in our robust B2B Sales Training Program, tailored to equip you with the skills necessary for success in selling consulting and professional services.
- Engage Key Clients: Target and pursue high-potential opportunities within a select group of accounts.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build lasting partnerships through client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Advise & Deliver Solutions: Develop customized strategies that drive significant client benefits.
- C-suite Engagement: Present to top-level executives, championing impactful solutions.
- Achieve Results: Surpass sales goals while collaborating with your manager and team to set objectives.
Training & Development: This extensive 5-month training program includes:
- Sales Foundations & Readiness: Gain essential sales skills and strategies.
- Role-playing & Mentorship: Acquire practical experience through role-playing scenarios and shadowing seasoned Executives.
- Client Relationship Development: Establish enduring executive connections and enhance your portfolio.
- Ongoing Education: Receive continued training as you advance in your career.
- Location: This training occurs at our Corporate Headquarters in Indianapolis.
- Leadership: Led by Medasource's President, alongside top sales trainers and leaders.
- Focus: Structured training aimed at our healthcare specialties and core competencies.
