Requirements:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent and
  • 0-3 years of clinical experience in a related field.
  • May be expected to meet certain state certifications. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
About the Job:
  • Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, compounds and dispenses medical prescriptions.
  • May be expected to perform related clerical duties.
  • Receives and stores incoming supplies. Verifies stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records.
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to supervisor or manager.
