What's your day like?

As a Full-Time Information Technology Technician at Clear Mountain Bank, you will play a vital role as the initial point of contact for tier 1 level Help Desk support, serving as the go-to resource for all systems maintained or outsourced by our organization. You will have the opportunity to engage in both remote and onsite troubleshooting bank-wide, utilizing industry-standard diagnostic techniques to ensure seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include addressing escalated issues for external customers, particularly in the realm of internet banking, showcasing your problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your active involvement in the deployment, monitoring, patching, and maintenance of IT systems, from PCs to software, will contribute to the continued excellence and innovation of our bank's technological infrastructure.

Key skills required for the position are:

  • College diploma or university degree in field of Computer Science or Information Technology and/or 3 years equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
  • On-call rotating Saturday shift, and some evenings/weekends may be required as needed
