Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to maintain product quality and consistency.
  • Lead a team of quality inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of products at various stages of production to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the production process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to product quality and safety.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
  • Maintain documentation and records of inspection results, quality metrics, and corrective actions taken.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and inspection techniques.
