Process Quality Support; Process Corrective Action Implementation as assigned; Mfg. Testing support; and Standard Work Instructions. Ability to investigate durability failures. Support Quality Department and Plant in local audits and DLA audit preparation, review and corrective action. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Associate's degree in electrical preferred. Experience in electrical laboratory testing. Mechanical aptitude. Quality or inspection experience. Aircraft or Military product systems. Familiar with Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office products. Familiar with basic inspection and GD & T. Manufacturing experience with broad process knowledge. Strong communication skills (written/oral). Math Skills. Excellent attendance history. Willingness to work overtime as required. The ability to deal with multiple priorities and make decisions. Must be capable of walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs. in weight.
